Privacy Policy

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, a description of the work, and a link to plans or CAD files if you provide one. Every field is information you choose to give us.

If you use the chat widget in the corner of the page, your messages and the contact details you enter there are collected the same way.

We also record which page you landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. That tells us which of our ads or posts led to an inquiry.

To respond to your request, price the work, and keep in touch about the project you asked about. If you subscribed to Weekly Insights, we use your email to send it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, and use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop those. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop us replying about an active project.

Form submissions and chat conversations are stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system we use to manage inquiries. The chat widget is provided by the same company and loads from their servers when you open a page.

This website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses.

These companies process information on our behalf. We do not give them permission to use it for their own purposes.

This site does not set cookies, and it does not run Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, or a tag manager.

Two things are stored in your browser. The chat widget saves identifiers that let it recognise a returning visitor and keep your conversation history. We separately hold the campaign tags from your first page view for the length of your visit, so that a form submitted later credits the right campaign. Clearing your browser's site data removes both.

Inquiries stay in our CRM while we are working with you and afterward as a business record. Ask us to delete yours and we will, except where we need to keep something for a contract, a sealed survey deliverable, or a legal requirement.

Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We will not treat you differently for asking.

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change what we collect or who handles it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
