Frequently Asked Questions
What does the construction efficiency score measure?
It measures the consistency of your reported planning, equipment, field verification, reporting, training, communication, and model-builder support practices. It does not measure actual production, savings, or your ranking against other contractors.
How is my score calculated?
The 14 questions are equally weighted. Never or rarely earns 0 points, Sometimes earns 1, Usually earns 2, and Always earns 3. Not applicable answers are excluded. Your total is divided by the maximum possible points for applicable answers and multiplied by 100. At least six applicable answers are required.
Do I need to own GPS equipment or a drone to score well?
No. Reliable workflows can use qualified partners, documented layout, and equipment suited to the work. The assessment focuses on repeatable practices, not how much hardware you own.
